Services
Viskon-Aire Corporation is a well-established manufacturer and marketer of disposable air filtration products. Using a variety of media, including polyester and fiberglass, Viskon-Aire produces a broad range of air filter products, configurations, and efficiencies. These products are primarily marketed to two industries - spray finish booths and commercial HVAC applications.
The Series 440HC is a MERV 8 "V" Style filter used to replace cube filters. It is used as a primary filter in paint spray booths in Assembly plants as well as in general HVAC and manufacturing plants where long life and high efficiency are required. The 2 Ply filter with high loft layer provides high dirt holding capacity and.
Bulk polyester media is offered in a variety of sizes R-85T Filter Media - 1" thick with our proprietary PBT-32 "Never Dry" tackifier, giving positive protection against filter "unloading". It is an ideal pre-filter for higher efficiency filters or electrostatic filters. Bulk polyester media is offered in a variety of sizes R-70 Filter Media- thick, lowest cost filter media for use in noncritical applications. This dry filter media will give better overall filtration than most 2 fiberglass media.
Viskon-Aire 4V-Cell rigid V filters are designed to meet the toughest operating environments. The 4V-Cell rigid V filter can be used in general HVAC systems, automotive assembly plants, hospitals, gas turbines, diesel intakes, pharmaceutical facilities, telecommunication switching stations, and industrial environments where strong rugged performance is required.
