A great family business that started in a garage in 1947. Yellow rice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soups, and more - all delicious. Tours for some local 5th grade classes throughout the school year, reminds me of going through the Busch factory and Fritolay on field trips as a kid. Good people, good food. This is where both Vigo and Alessi brands are made by the Alessi family, this is not the Alessi Bakery, that is a different company.
