I ordered vases online about a month ago and after sometime of noticing that nothing had arrived, I called Vasessource to learn what was the status of my order. I learned that the vases were not available and my order was canceled. No one even reached out to notify me or offer a comparable substitute. Now here I am 8 days away from my event with no vases. Thanks Vasesource.

Beware of cheap damaged glass. They do not stand behind their product. I purchased $900 worth of wedding stands that were literally coming apart at the venue. I contacted them the next day and gave me a hard time. All th glass also had a oily residue on it. I was told to wash them all with vinegar! Lol. I've been a customer for years and they just disregarded my issue. I guess when you buy from China this is what you get. Inferior products. But I was charged top dollar. The glass stands should be sold at a dollar tree.
