Southern Enterprises

I ordered a light fixture from Houzz and had to return it because it was too big for the space. I contacted Houzz and they told me to send it to Southern Enterprises. I would pay a restocking fee. I sent it back according to the directions and included the RA number. I do not have a tracking number because the receipt it was on was lost. I contacted Southern Enterprises as did Houzz and spoke to the receptionist who was very rude and unhelpful.

I did not get the box returned to my address and assume they have it. I now need to file a claim, but have received no help from the vendor. I will not order through Houzz or this company again. Very unfriendly business practices.

My mother board went out on my fireplace insert. Called the company. They had a replacement in stock. I paid for it and received it in two days. I'm a happy camper on these cold mornings. Thank you Southern Enterprises!
