Skinner garden style twirled. Opened the package and there was a bit chunk of moldy pasta on the top. Found another one on the shelf just like it when returned the package to the store. Did think about taking photo before I returned it to the store. I will be looking for a different brand of this pasta.

I decided to make lasagna today for the first time in my life. Most of the time I either buy frozen or I'll get it at Whole Food's. The recipe I used is from Campbell's Kitchen.yes Campbell soup's Campbell. https://www.campbells.com/kitchen/recipes/classic-lasagna/ I found this recipe after I googled "easy lasagna recipe" I used Ronzoli's Lasagna noodles for my recipe.

It took a little experimenting being that the directions doesn't tell you how long to cook them and I found that none of the pots that I own are wide enough to actually cook them. So I improvised a bit and just put them in boiling water straight like a stake. After a minute or so they got soft and eventually the entire part of the noodle slips into the boiling water.

I figured it took me about 13 minutes of cooking before the noodles became soft enough for me to work with. I've used their angel hair, spaghetti noodles before and always been pleased with the quality of their products. If I could make a suggestion and that would be a better way of sealing the cardboard box to store. I've made it a habit to stick some scotch tape on them before I throw them onto the pantry shelf.

Here is a fan fact about Riviana Foods.according to Bloomberg they are the largest processors and makers of rice products in the US. Their Ronzoni brand also comes in several different varieties including gluten free, organic, smart taste (pasta that contains 2.5x's more fiber) Super green (pasta enriched with spinach, zucchini, broccoli, parsley and kale) and Garden Delight (pasta enriched with carrot, tomato and spinach) For more information please check here https://www.ronzoni.com/ Here is the recipe that I used.from https://www.campbells.com/kitchen/recipes/classic-lasagna/ Ingredients 3 cups ricotta cheese 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 egg 1 pound ground beef 1 jar (45 ounces) Prego Traditional Italian Sauce or two jars (24 ounces each) Prego Three Cheese Italian Sauce 12 cooked lasagna noodles, drained 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 3 cups) How to Make It Step 1 Stir the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in a medium bowl and set it aside.

Season the beef as desired. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the beef until it's well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the sauce in the saucepan. Step 2 Spoon 2 cups beef mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with 4 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta cheese mixture and half the mozzarella.

Repeat the layers. Top with the remaining 4 lasagna noodles, remaining beef mixture and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Step 3 Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the lasagna is hot. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
