Amazon just delivered my sofa from Poundex. It's beautiful. I love it. Color is great and it's firm and so so easy to assemble. I love it!

I am not a fan of writing bad reviews but this two individuals deserved to get one. Armando and Ober the supervisors at poundex do this company a terrible representation to the company. I wouldn't offer them a job even if the offer to work Fer free. It's a shame that they are employed by poundex. It doesn't say much about their criteria for employment.

The couch we received is nothing special. The cushions gave out within a year. I tried to get replacement cushions and pillows through Poundex and they do not sell to the public. Dealing with Poundex's customer service was an abortion. Almost every question I asked, the answer I received was "I don't know". I was transferred several times and still no one could help.

Finally they told me I couldn't purchase replacement cushions because I'm an end user. They are not willing to help at all, and they certainly do not want your money if you are an end user. I feel sorry for the distributors that have to deal with this garbage company. I'd be shocked if they are still in business by the end of the year.

I ordered a L shape sectional it can with a hole in the pillow and a tear on the side of yhe couch. I asked to be replaced and they stated it was a box cutter tear that I did opening the box. So warranty cannot be provided. I dont even own a box cutter and the boxes were torn open as the boxes were so flimsy. I sent pictures of the couch and pillow and boxes. They are prolonging answers. I feel they are selling defects as they have many bad reviews. Do ur research before u purchase from them

Priscilla I sent my driver for the pick up and also returned the damaged item today. Juan did not accept the return and did not provide the credits for the chairs and the bench. And also no credit for the damaged bed. This is very unprofessional. He said that there is a manager whose name is Lance. What is Lance's email? Lance is not accepting the returns four some reason.

What kind of business practice and ethics that Poundex has and not accepting the damaged items. Who is the high ranking manager at Poundex. I want to talk to him or her. How can I talk to the CEO or Principal at Poundex?

I recently have had this chair for a little over 2 months and a fat person sat in it and broke the reclining mechanism. I tried calling them to try and pick up another part or have them take a look at it, and absolutely would not do it without the furniture store. The store went under because of corona virus. shame on you guys I'm literally willing to drive an hour out to pick up a part I know you have and you literally wont let me. Unbelievable

Horrible customer service. I placed a large order as stated by website. Seems, like sometimes it goes though and sometimes it doesn't. I emailed a service rep for assistance and order gets placed through after waiting 3 weeks for any type of acknowledgement. Later once I finally get assistance, I still end up waiting another week until I get any confirmation and another week after I get a call.

Once I get the call if I missed the call and a message is left, they leave a message to call back and when you do, no one can be reached. I left countless Voicemail messages and none have been returned. I emailed service rep and I am told to wait for the next round of calls. 2 weeks later. I am still waiting for a call and my customers have now cancelled their orders. THANK YOU very much for the prompt service. My business cannot survive waiting on this company to fill my orders. HORRIBLE SERVICE and COVID is a sorry excuse to not provide descent service.

I worked with the company for 8 months and I noticed how they never seemed to care about the employees there. I've gotten multiple injuries including back pain a broken toe and they didn't bother compensating me for my injuries. Oh and the work environment can get pretty dangerous too. Since it's an entry level job, many convicts with a criminal record are working there and I've caught a few of them doing drugs on job. Definitely not recommended if you're looking to work an easy job. This place is painful to work at

We pick up a sectional last week they give us two parts of the same. We send pictures to Glenda right after. I try to get the replacement for my sectional they wouldn't do it. They make us buy a whole new sectional. When we return the sectional that poundex workers give us incorrectly they wanted to take the 50% off our credit. So I keep calling no one could of take a decision than Elizabeth.

They left my driver out side with the boxes. Today I talk to Elizabeth she refused to give the right parts just laughed at me. She just hung up on me. We work with many manufactors this is the worst and am writing this so you guys check the merchandise because these people are bad and will not help you at all.:/

The worse distributor in Souther California. You can't reach out to any Poundex employees via phone or email. I quit selling Poundex anymore because of too much headache if you get any defected items. I fulfilled one of customer order from Poundex. Item had painting problem by manufacturing. I went backand pick up the items from the customer and went back to Poundex.

The name of receiver at Poundex is Juan. He accepted the defected dining table but did not accept the bench and chairs just because they are assembled. I used my driver's phone to talk to Juan (Since there is no way to reach out to Juan or Lance via phone). I requested to talk to Juan's manager (His name is LANCE) but Juan did not provide his info. I am stuck with another Poundex demaged item. Without solution and without COMMUNICATION!
