GREAT COMPANY! I just recently purchased tile from here. They allow you to take samples home to see if it matches. We bought 30 sheets of backsplash tile brought it home and went through it and some of the pieces had discoloration and some were broken. The broken ones on the ends we were able to use but not the discolored ones. We brought them back to see if we could exchange them.

Without question they did. When the job was done, which was less than a week, we had 4 sheets leftover. We brought them back to see if they would take them back. And they did! They credited back to our credit card. What a great place to work with! They have a great selection and great pricing. Will definitely go back when we are ready to do the bathrooms.

And they did give us the first responder discount. They did have recommendations for people to put in the tile but most of them didn't want to or know how to or whatever the reason was to do it but we did go with t Total Flooring Systems and the color we used for the grout was Dove Gray. I don't remember the salesman name but thank you again for making the process so easy.

PCC is fantastic! They have a beautiful showroom full of ideas! But even more impressive is their staff! You can't find a better crew to help you with your project! A big, big shout out to Veronica! What a gem! Thanks, PCC!

We purchased enough floor tile to redo the entire house from PCC. And couldn't be more happy. The employees at PCC were very pleasant, accommodating and very easy to work with. So much so that we are purchasing tile from them to redo the bathroom walls in both our bathrooms. They had a great selection of tile to choose from and can help to coordinate tiles for a nice flow. I would definitely recommend them.

PCC Tile is by far the best place to buy flooring in Fort Myers or Cape Coral. Their prices, products and service are unequal in this area. We recently replaced almost 1500 s f of flooring with porcelain tile from the Cape Coral location. After shopping and comparing product and prices from numerous stores it was quite clear where we needed to buy our tile.

Then on top of those requirements was the excellent service from Brandon and the rest of the PCC crew. I would definitely recommend PCC Tile for any new or remodel project! They are second to none!

Found the staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had been looking for just the right backsplash for our kitchen for about 2 months and countless stores. We took our samples in ti PCC and cheryl was extremely helpful. She helped us match the color palette perfectly.

After a plumbing disaster it was necessary to get the travertine baseboard in our bathroom replaced. I found EXACTLY what I needed, which was amazing. Cheryl waited on us- she was a jewel. She also gave me cards for two of the installers they recommend. I had Marshall Jenkins come out on a Saturday morning for a small job. I did not realize how crooked the wall was, and that part of a floor tile had gotten a bit smashed up.

He got the job done so beautifully and quickly. Also left me with some caulking to use elsewhere in my condo. PCC Tile is by far a store that exceeds expectations and so is Marshall Jenkins.
