Horrible services, I worked first time an importation with Kari Mejias all was perfect. Now I started with Jose Chapol in the beginning was good he answered all my inquiries now after i have all ready with the manufacturer, they fill a form and my product is ready in China paying storage waiting for his answer to be shipped to US, he don't answer anymore. Unprofessional.

Was told we could turn around a customs clearance same day. They waited until 5:00 to start processing. Didn't inform me of the necessary paperwork. Have a payment clearance policy that meant that it would be at least a 1-3 day hold with storage fees. Complete waste of time.

Struggle to get an agent on the phone. Didn't like the attitude of the agent I was actually able to finally speak to. Luis Arroyo was very stand-offish, made it sound like I was bothering him. They brag about working with movie industry which is great for them and their owner, but when I asked for a quote for a motorcycle shipment, he acted like this was his first time shipping a bike, asking for a bunch of unnecessary details.

When I spoke with four of their competitors they knew exactly what weight and what dimensions we were dealing with from previous transactions. One of them even went online to get what he needed to send me a quote. I've already received several quotes from competitors withing hours, not days.while still waiting to hear back from Luis Arroyo or anyone else for that matter from Packair.

I won't hold my breath. They are not doing anything special.except ignoring my request. Moving on.they seem to have bigger Hollywood clients to take care of.no time to deal with peasants like me and my raggedy motorcycle.

I just got off the phone with Bennett. He answered all my questions with good cheer, gave me several options that did not include his services and which would save me some money, and also gave me a very reasonable quote for his services, if I should need them. Wow. I almost hope I need to use him!

I have had a 20 ft container shipped over from Saudi. It was a nightmare trying to work with the shippers at the other end and I had to google to find someone to help me out in LA. So I came across Packair via Yelp and decided to try it. I have only worked with Cindy L and it has been smooth sailing every since. I have yet to receive my items.they are due for collection to be transport to a closeby state, but she took photos of the items they stored in their warehouse for a week before a driver could collect.

From the time I spoke with Cindy and then all I did was email back and forth several times, the process went like clockwork! When I saw the photos, basically looked like how they were put into the container.but I will know more when I get them here. I highly recommend PackAir! Thanks Cindy!

This review will be updated after my goods have cleared customs later this month, but so far, Bennett Johnson is doing an outstanding job of taking much of the stresses out of commercial importing. A problem arose last week while I was out of town and Bennett personally followed-up with my supplier in China and my freight forwarder to clear up a discrepancy with the AMS B/L numbers. It's an uncomfortable feeling to put your trust in someone you've never met, but when they come through and do exactly what you hoped they would, it's a great feeling. I will use Pack Air again.

Operating a business out of the USA for the first time I expected to face many hurdles. Packair has helped to make this transition very comfortable. I dealt with Bennett Johnson, who has excellent communication skills, is friendly and more than helpful then many people you will come across in business. The amount of work this company puts in is impeccable.

This airfreight forwarder is very good. I went to FedEx and asked them how much will it cost me to ship some boxes overseas - the price was outrageous. A friend recommended Packair and the price was a little lower; what deserves the five stars is their efficiency and their customer services.
