My car was damaged down the passenger side door and when it was sent to PJ Rhodes for fixing I was wondering how it would look. When it came back I was really amazed at just how excellent the body work and new parts looked. It looked like a showroom car and I am really picky and quick to find fault but I could not find any. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

Still waiting for our vehicle to be fixed they have had it since 23rd Feb almost 12 weeks kinda getting a bit frustrated as to why its taking so long

Recommend by Tesco insurance. Messed about with dates then turn up out of the blue to collect car a month later with no reminder. Because I was at work they were given keys by my 13 year old son who was off school ill. Unfortunately he wasn't asked to remove my personal effects. He was then asked to sign paperwork. 13 years of age? Car returned minus Oakley sunglasses. Phoned to raise the issue. Was told they were not in there, end of story. Wish I'd have read the reviews on this place before agreeing to let them do the work. A lesson learned.

Amazing first class accident repair. Even supplied a courtesy car which they delivered and collected from my work place, so I didn't have to try to find time in work to drop my car off, or use annual leave. The repair is flawless, and they even valeted it which was a lovely surprise. They really went above and beyond, would definitely recommend. The whole team were friendly and professional. 5 stars from me!

I had my car repaired at PJ Rhodes Sutton Coldfield last week and I was really surprised with the service I was given. I didn't have high expectations, and I thought it would be a rather depressing experience, as my car had serious damage on the front bumper. I couldn't have been more wrong. The team made me feel so at ease. My car was collected by a lovely driver, and I was provided with a courtesy car to use whilst my car was in for repair.

Before I knew it, I had my car back and I still cannot get over how incredible it looks. I never thought it would look how it did before the accident, but it looks even better- brand new even. Thank you all so much. Thanks for the sweets too.
