At Newco, we offer our customers powerful resources through the variety of our acclaimed services. Repair and Refurbishing includes a complete tear down of your machine. Our staff dips and rebuilds the valves and flow-control. They'll strip and dip the cabinet, install replacement parts as needed and then retest and box.

We purchased four Newco brewers between 2012 - 2018. We're impressed with the brewers - the TVT technology is great for programming water temp, water volume and extraction time. But we've been most impressed with the people. Our sales person (Charlie) answered our many questions and was patient all along the way. The support folks are wonderful. I've called their support line on numerous occasions (they're here in the St. Louis area) and they provided clear responses to my questions.
Just recently, the support folks went above and beyond my expectations by performing a site visit to replace a part that only a skilled technician (Greg) could make. This level of support is priceless! This is why we bought our brewers locally. And, why we will continue to buy from Newco.
