One of the box trucks hit a low branch outside my house and left the fallen limb on my yard and drove away. i called and left a voicemail. have yet to hear back. i have given them ample time to respond but they choose not to. i would not do business with such a company.

I was buying their Bread crumbs at my local Butcher shoppe & loved them. First the price went up 50 cents, then a dollar and now they are salty as hell. If you are going to distinguish yourself from a product you can buy at any supermarket for a lower price, you have to keep your quality up. I wrote to the company. If they can't prove this was a bad batch, I guess I go back to 4c.

Worst place to work for trucks are defective they do not care at all if it is or isn't. They don't care about family they try to say that the job comes first over your children. They give truckers a iPhone to navigate and don't care if you drive on a no truck route or even care if you got points on your license. They will just blame it on you. Most of the reefers don't work and they want you to deliver frozen and cold goods with a messed up reefer making products in danger zone to eat.

Job is just hand down bad management when it comes to delivering the routes are crazy will have you drive from new haven to Hartford to drive back to new haven. Only shop here if it's your last resort. The line is long, the parking spots are few and too tight. and the product prices will blow your mind. Some products have increased 100 percent in a few weeks time "due to the pandemic" they say!

From an individual perspective of someone who visits Napoli's "Cash & Carry" store on occasion, it's not a bad place for certain things that you can't find in your regular grocery stores, but the prices aren't exactly cheap. It might be less expensive if you were to place a large order, such as if you are a restaurant, but I'm not sure of that since I am not a business.

It does beat having to go to Little Italy in the Bronx though to get some Chinotto, for example. As for only giving them 3 stars, I had to deduct a couple of stars for their high prices and lack of customer service at times in their store. Some employees are friendly, but some simply don't belong in that line of work.

Great warehouse, a real success story as well, from humble beginnings to the multi million dollar a year success its grown into, though recently under new ownership (a shared partnership with New Jersey food distributors Ferraro foods) nothing has seemed to change since changing hands. The store Napoli's has for the public is a great place to buy wholesale imported goods from the warehouse, and the prices are fair.

You don't need to own a business or be any kinda paying member to take advantage of their services. Also if your looking for employment they are a real close nit company that focuses on the person as an individual with a life and family instead of just treating you as some cog in some large machine (much like other warehouse positions)

Great place to deliver they are unbelievably fast I wish all deliveries were like these people great job guys. FYI they open at 5 AM for deliveries

Low cost volume selection plenty of restaurant quality stuff great big cheeses pasta tomatoes u like Italian this is the place!

I purchased a one gallon jar of hot cherry peppers. I must say I was not to happy. The red peppers were so mushy, some had holds in them and were black inside. The green peppers were not so bad, but not like I purchased before. Last time I purchased them, the peppers were nice and firm. What happened to this batch.
