I purchased tile and grout from this store. We had professional tile installers perform the installation. Upon installation I noticed every square inch of the new tile was scratched with the grout. The tile quality is really poor and should not be installed on floors, which John, the store owner, refuses to acknowledge. He claims this is "normal wear and tear" LOL why didn't you have the scratches in the showroom or mention that before the sale, John?

These company is very unprofessional for customer who had purchase tiles couple and they don't have the more supplies of these tiles. The company would not do any exchange and I have wasted about thousand of dollars. This company is worthless and customers should reconsider on purchasing from this company.

Maxsam was the best place to shop for new tile for our kitchen and bathroom renovations. They have a huge selection of different styles and colors and affordable prices. Jerry was awesome to work with and was such a huge help! He advised us on everything, from color combinations to styles, and answered all of our questions. I am so pleased with Maxsam Tile. Jerry helped us out so much! We couldn't thank him more. He is so well-informed and goes above and beyond for his customers. The whole staff is very friendly and the storeroom has a great selection of tiles. Our bathrooms turned out fantastic and all the credit goes to Jerry. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your renovation needs!

Good selection and customer service. I ordered 6 boxes of tiles and paid 80$ each. I needed a few more and ended up going to floor and decor in Wayne only to find out I paid 50% more at Maxsam! After reading my Google review, John called me and after I explained the situation, he credited the price difference. I am impressed that they actually acted on the review and took care of the issue right away!
