I had some issues with couple of items but they re-solved it right away. I will be coming back to buy more! Wife loves the Vibe of all the furniture!

Items I ordered arrived in a week in good condition. Cute but cheaply made. I pretty much expected that. BEWARE! Credit card got hacked after I ordered. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

I purchased 100s of baskets for my business over the past 90 days. The orders have been correct and delivered on time, every time. They have never run out of stock, unlike a competitor, which is another big reason I would recommend Lucky Clover Trading Co. Excellent prices, which help my business stay successful, and a quality product that my customers have not logged a single complaint against so far (unlike my last supplier). Very pleased, will keep ordering from them.

I've ordered several times from Lucky Clover Trading for the past 3 years and never had any issues. We use their black Roosevelt Faux Leather Basket for several cocktail packages we sell.

Goodness! Had I seen all these negative reviews, I would never have ordered from this company but thankfully, I did not see them! I have to admit, they sounded a tad fly-by-night and I was more than a little skeptical to say the least. But I had been searching high and low for cheap decorative birdcages - to keep the birds out! Yes, you read that correctly, to protect my fruit from marauding gangs of birds!

I figured if birdcages can keep birds in, then they can keep them out just as well! LCTC had the best price by far and they are not exactly tiny! Everywhere else, the least expensive are $25 - $35. But this was what made me a little suspicious. The price seemed to be too good to be true. However, despite my misgivings, I was so desperate that I decided to take a chance on them.

And I am glad that I did! The order for three round and two octagonal birdcages was placed on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday morning it had shipped. I got a confirmation and updates as with any other good company and by Friday evening or Saturday morning, the package was at my door. I opened it a little apprehensively, half expecting to find a pile of dented metal with wires coming loose but was I wrong!

The quality of workmanship is really good, especially considering the price. Now the figs on my trees are protected - in style! And harvesting the fruit is as easy as opening the door! I will keep rotating them from tree to tree with the changing seasons. The persimmon tree will be the next to be graced by these beauties.

I've made 2 orders with this company so far and it's been 5 and 6 weeks out now and I have yet to receive my product. I'm not getting any replies to my emails. They appear to be a scam. I'm reversing charges tomorrow.

Shipping was more than the product itself despite each item weighing 100g and could be stacked into one box. 100 baskets cost $500 to ship. When I questioned customer service about this they were very rude. It was cheaper to order through amazon at a higher price with prime free 2 day shipping. You guys are losing a lot of business.

Ordered a new canopy for our Gazebo on Feb 27th 2018 and we were told it was on backorder and wouldn't ship out til the end of March beginning of April, okay, no problem as Indiana weather can be tricky that time of year and we could wait for it, April comes and goes, still no canopy, called Garden Winds/Lucky Clover trading Co. and the associate said it would be until the middle of May before it was sent out, that it would ship the 14th of May and be to us by the 21st.

Well the 21st is here and no shipment has arrived, when I called last week about it, to see if it truly was shipped, another associate said it was in and she would ship it out to arrive on Sunday May 20th which was to my surprise that it would arrive on a Sunday but she assured me it would, still no canopy! When I called a few moments ago, associate told me it was shipping out as we speak, when I asked for a manager, she told me she was management, how long does it take to construct a canopy!?

I told her that if it wasn't in by a week I would cancel my order and she dismissed me with "Have a good Day" and hung up on me! Will never order or recommend that anyone order from this place ever, would have been easier to buy a whole new Gazebo!

Do not waste your time with this company. They got the details of my order wrong three times, also the number of times that I called. I kept telling them that the name on the shipping address should be different than the name on the billing address because the order was being sent as a gift to someone else. All they could say is that the order had already shipped.
