One star as i need to post this review we call them yesterday to offer our logistics services and the person who picked up the phone start screaming, shouting and use abusive and foul language so pathetic

Makes fake labels for greek tapsia.bad quality.lightweight and claims theyre 18/10.yea right.going to file claim with bbb bc he sells counterfeits

Incredibly rude people. I called for a price quote on an item, as they don't have their prices listed online. When they got frustrated because of their language barrier they started yelling at me on the phone. "You make me crazy! You don't know what you want." I had just said, three times: "Hello, I own a small tea shop and would love to buy a pound of sage tea from you. How much does it cost?" Would never do business with these people. Who yells at their polite customers?

Owner John, is rude and unprofessional. His employees quit on him, and he complains to his clients about it. Always complains about small orders, and how he's not making any money. who says that to a clients?

Huge variety of Greek and Middle Eastern food products. Great retail prices in a big warehouse.

BEWARE! John is the most uneducated, unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my 43 years. My 90 year old sick father called me and asked me to order him some cheeses, sausage, pasta, etc. I called and spoke with Angelo (who was very gracious and pleasant), and placed an order around 100.00. My father wanted to add to the order, so I called back, John - THE OWNER- answered the phone and began screaming into the phone stating that I only placed a small order and that I needed to stop calling! "WOW" is all I can say. John's Imports should not be in business and should not advertise on the internet if they don't like shipping orders of 100.00 dollars. He is a disgrace to Greek businessmen!
