I have been supervising a build in Ohio and this Cabinet Company has been nothing but issues. Cabinets coming damaged from the manufacturer, delays in delivery, poor communication with logistics. We have both units finished and signed over, but the owners are still waiting for cabinets to be finished. Hopefully the builder goes with a different company soon. This is terrible, and there's no excuse.

Incredibly rude. Wow. I'm shocked as I drive away from their facility at the complete and total disdain for potential customers they have there. In the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty woman, "Big mistake. HUGE".

Absolutely disgusting customer service, just spoke to two different people on the phone who refused to introduce themselves, refused to give a name, and refused to help with a sales inquiry and its only 11:25 AM. Absolutely disgusted. People like this should not be employed in companies that deal with customers. Who ever took my phone call today 4/12/2022 is an uneducated rude man who disrespected me the entire way through the call. Shame on Jarlin Cabinets. Finds elsewhere to shop.

1st time trying to use this co and my advice, Do Not use it. Their sales dept. forgot they are not the only co. doing cabinets. My general contractor directed me to Jarlin I needed to get some info for my project, I sent them an simple email via their web site from my personal account without disclosing how large my project was, it read "Please contact me for my kitchen project".

Their answer : " we are a wholesale company and do not deal with consumers directly.", Not even a "good morning", "thanks for contacting us" followed by " At what time are you available for us to call". If this is the way they answer a simple email, I do not want to take the chance with Jarlin if an issue arises and my GC needs to contact them Worst part, they did not attempt to learn who I am or how large my project is or how much business I can bring to them, they simple discarded my email.

I had 2 kitchens designed by Randy Sparcello and he was simply the best. His attention to detail and knowledge really made a difference in my project. I can't say enough complementary things about my experience with Randy and Jarlin as a whole.now I wish all of the other venders involved in my project were as professional LOL

I'm impressed with all the staff. Good walking true, good selection of products. Next order will be by Jarlin Cabinets.
