I contacten the company several times before placing an order. Once the order was placed and the payment was completed it became very quiet on the other side. We have neither received the materials we ordered nor received a credit note to get our funds back. I would also appreciate if the company would contact us, as this game has lasted long enough.
No feedback on mails, telephones, nothing. As they block numbers on purpose! Anyway, I don't advise anyone to order here. This is a company that is not customer focused, rude and frankly untrustworthy.
