I recently remodeled my fathers bathroom, and found import tile center just in time before settling on just ok tile because I couldn't find anything I liked any where. Ryan helped me design an amazing shower, backsplash and floor and the result is absolutely breath taking. The quality in the material really shows and I couldn't be any more pleased.

After visiting tile store after tile store, I was only more confused. My contractor recommended Import Tile and I walked out less than 2 hours later knowing exactly what I'd be doing in our kitchen and both bathrooms. Fariba helped me - so patient and helpful, and very cognizant of our budget, and a great eye and design sense. Other shops are overwhelming to me; 10,000 choices, but none of it well displayed/maintained and too much of everything the same. Import Tile has everything nicely displayed and focuses on the 60-70 selections (I'm guessing) that account for 95% of tile choices.

They carry their own lines, so don't go here if you're looking for what everyone else has. I brought a selection from another store and they helped me coordinate for it, then gave me ideas for my other rooms. It was everything and more that I could have wanted.

I have been dealing with Import tile center for over 30 years, there service is excellent, some times they get busy like any other tile stop, but they always get back to me. They are professionals at what they do, and have years of knowledge in the tile industry. They recently moved from Santa Monica, which is a bummer for us loved their service, but I recently had to confirm a past order that we installed.

I needed some help with the product, not knowing exactly what it was. They were able to look up my records and new exactly what I bought. A real life saver. Thanks Import tile

The worst customer service of any tile store I have dealt with. I ordered tile and they quoted me 2-3 days shipping and I paid a hefty shipping/handling fee, which was fine. However, the tile arrive (on time), but in the wrong color. They did not even know it was the wrong color until I read the label and opened the box. They then said they were getting it reshipped in the correct color. However, because of this, I had to cancel our tile installer appointment.

Not only that, they refused to refund the shipping because they said it came from their warehouse, and was therefore not their fault. Also, it took 10 more days to ship it (so 2-3 days turned into 12-13 days). I had to call them 14 days later to ask if it was in! They never called me when it was in (they claimed they left a voice message but they never did) and were extremely rude when I told them this. Even after all of this, they refused to refund our shipping/handling. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT RELIABILITY.
