Rude and arrogant owner of the company, unable to swallow his ego and allow me to finish my sentence, by constantly talking over me raising his voice. I wrote a detailed review yesterday, however it's being blocked by google. It is most likely because the representatives of this company are sending spam complaints to google, so it's taken down and no one could read what my experience here was like. To google rep, you could contact me and verify the legitimacy of my review before blocking it.

We received no communication on how to pickup our order. In leaving three voicemails, my call was never returned. I finally reached someone by email. Who gave me little to no information. If I hadn't asked questions, we would've paid a couple extra hundred dollars with everything they weren't telling us. They had already charged nearly $600 of storage for holding our items, when again, they gave us no notice that our order was ready.

They required a DO to pickup our items but didn't provide the DO. They charged ANOTHER $50 just because we didn't bring a loading truck to pick our items up and so our truck didn't align with their dock. From beginning to end, this company was a struggle to work with and to get our items. We will be sure to not use them again.

We are an Australian company and we were trying to navigate the complexities of shipping our product to the US and then selling it via a 3PL warehouse. I was finding it challenging finding a 3PL warehouse in the US who seemed to understand our requirements. I am very glad we were introduced to Import Logistics. They have been extremely helpful and their service has been terrific. Thanks IL team.

A "bottom of the barrel" organization. The Logistics and CFS operations are a joke. The warehouse workers are a bunch of criminals and the employees look unkempt and unhappy. Much better options available.

Ridiculously run place. Customer service a joke. Claim to have transparency but failed to mention the high cost of storage after 7 days. Brought this to her attention but received stuttering and lies and no callbacks. Jill and mary will smile to your face and lie while looking you in the eye. Sensed agitation when I brought their faults to their attention.

Instead of owning up, got excuse after excuse iNstead. Never again. If you read these reviews and still allow this place to have your business, as I did, then you will get what you got coming to you.

Great company to work with, renting an office from them, they make it very easy. Awesome staff, eager to help.

One of the worst experiences in my 30+ years of logistics career. Will be telling ALL my friends. Trust the reviews on this business here and steer clear. I usually like to promote women-run businesses but not this one. These people are liars, they are sloppy, and will overcharge you if you're not looking.

Have worked with them a few times. Pricing was competitive and everything went smooth which has kept my business on the path to continued successful growth. Mike Swords was easy to work with and very professional. Hoping things continue on their current trend and lead to a mutually beneficial and long term relationship.

Dirty, unorganized warehouse. Lazy office staff. You will wait for hours to get loaded. However, you'll be entertained by the dock workers standing in the dock doors smoking cigs and spitting for distance while you wait.

A very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The main people here lack etiquette and continuity. I met with a salesperson in the summer and then attempted to contact him from this initial meeting to arrange a contract for my freight, as the client. The main person, did not respond to my email or phone calls when I contacted him, and did even contact me back. DSV is a much better outfit, with much better customer service.

Very unprofessional. The main guy who was supposed to help me never responded to messages or emails, after meeting the first time. I attempted to contact multiple times as the client and the guy blew me off. I would highly recommend people stick with the Scandinavian outfit DSV, much better option.
