Imperial Tile

Love this place. I'm renovating my full bath and half bath. Got both the tiles and vanities from this place. They have a good collection of tiles and decent selections of vanities. Prices are decent. The owner is a great guy. He worked with us to find the correct tile and vanities. He is patient and open to any questions. I was so happy that we found this place. Their service is impeccable compared to the other 5 different tile stores we've been.

I have bought tiles and countertops at this store for all my properties and flips. Great quality and service, installation is flawless. Highly recomended

Awesome experience with Imperial Tile! Great customer service and incredible product at an unbeatable price. Deborah was great to work with and really knowledgeable. She was a huge help in guiding my wife and myself with the right tile for the first floor of our home. The guys who laid the tile did an amazing job. We are so happy with the work and definitely would use them again in the future.

Stopped in after my friend recommended me. Great place with great tile selections. I needed tiles for my guest bathroom in a rush. They were able to help me design and get material within one day. Prices we're fair and customer service was good. It beats going into the big box stores and wandering aimlessly. Will definitely recommend and definitely will be back for my basement bath.

Highly recommend Imperial Tile & Marble. We're currently renovating a home near Montclair, NJ & we sourced all of our tile from Imperial. This inlcuded bathroom floor (marble), shower (subway tile), door saddles/window sills & our mudroom porcelain as well. We worked with Deb to select designs / colors & she provided us with tons of samples to take home and look at.

She also worked with us to understand pros / cons of our ideas and educate us on what we should consider before purchasing. This was extremely helpful & helped us feel much more comfortable with our deicisions along the way. Deb and the whole team were also very forthcoming with pricing / costs so that we could plan, and when we had limits or different ideas they were very flexible and creative to work within our parameters.

They were also less expensive than other places that we heard of so that was a huge benefit. In the end, our tile installers were asking us where we sourced our products given the quality / how nice it all looked (huge relief). Would HIGHLY recommend Imperial & will definitely be working wtih them on all future projects.

Selecting tile for kitchen backsplash was pretty challenging, given the vast array of options. We worked with Gina at Imperial, and she offered a short list of suggestions based on the colors and style of the space. With her help, we landed on a combination of materials that go perfectly with our new kitchen, and we are very happy (we've gotten lots of compliments on it too).

Deborah was great. She showed me exactly what I wanted for a very small bathroom.

The Employees were rude. It seemed like our (potential) business was a nuisance. This was evident over the phone and in person. Go elsewhere.

The sales women were both amazing. We had a major problem with our original tile store in Ocean when they messed up our order after waiting 6 weeks for delivery! So with only 3 days before our tile installation was scheduled, we went to Imperial Tile and they went out of their way to help us find Italian porcelain tile that we liked, with enough inventory in stock (1400 sq ft), and delivered them to us by the owner himself the next morning. We will definitely be going back shortly for our backsplash tiles next! Thank you!

Im sorry i ever stepped foot in this place. We recently purchased tile for our4th bathroom renovation. THe staff is not helpful and at times downright cold. Worse than that, the owner Freddie DeMeo is a condesending fool. The marble mosiacs we bought were not from the same color lot.you would have to be blind not to see it, he refused to exchange for the right color, noting that the receipt states no returns on specialty stone. Thats all well and good, but if the color is off, how was i to complete my bathroom.

In addition, I had given them my measurements and they calculated the tile and border i would need to fit the space.well they OVER calculated, so i was stuck with more stuff than i needed. I have previosly purchased tile in other local tile stores, but have checked out Imperial too, and somehow always felt uneasy about doing business with them. I wished i had stuck with my original hunch this time and walked out.i would never ever recommend them.

Best Tile(formerly classic tile) in Keyport, Fuda in Howell and Ideal Tile are far superior price wise and with service. Dont waste your time or money at Imperial. they deserve zero stars but yelp wont let me do that.
