Be very weary about the Miami office. The manager there, Ricardo Villar, ran a aero mechanic shop (Precision Rotables) there in Doral and was swindling people's money by promising high returns by "fixing airplane parts from CanAir". His son ran the show most of the time and even told people his father had died. For years Ricardo Villar Sr played the role as a dead father who left his business to his mischief son. An FBI report has been taken out on them on the count of running a pyramid scheme.

I don't know how this Global Decisions company even hired this guy but just be very weary. I would not do no business with these people just because of the fact that Ricardo Villar is employed there.
