Stay away from this company!. Booked a load with Phil Moulton, my driver arrived at the pick up location and was told that the load was picked up by another company. Spoke to Phil who apologized and told me he was sending the TONU confirmation. He never sent it and stopped answering our calls and never responded to our emails. I've tried several times to get in contact with Freight Tec and no one answer calls for payment issues. Save yourself time and money do not book with them!

This company charged us with an undisclosed late fee and a comcheck issuance that was not authorized. I called about this and was hung up on 3 times by Elana. Stay away from this company, some of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in this industry. It has further been brought to my attention the fee incurred was for them missing the load the day before that needed to be paid before we are loaded. We were not involved with that missed appointment and this company still seems it's our responsibility to pay for their error.

BE AWARE OF THE BROKER, THEY WILL CUT YOUR RATE, THEY WILL NOT PAY DETENTION ON LOAD AND EVEN IF THE SHIPMENT IS LATE BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER/DRIVERS ELD THEY WILL NOT CARE, THEY ARE BEING PUT TO COLLECTINS FOR CUTTING RATES AND UNTEHICAL PRACTISES! please DONT BOOK LOADS WITH THIS BROKER EPECIALLIE LANDON OR CHARLIE. THEY NEVER ASKED UPDATE ON A LOAD UNTIL DAY OF DELIVERY AND CUT RATES ON LOAD.

STAY AWAY In our business- as carriers- we really don't like to loose time. And of course no one likes to loose money in any business. And this so called company: "Freight Tec" will cost you both. They don't care about the load until there is a delivery date, they don't care abut the weather issue, that roads can be closed, still will rate the rate even if they have all the proofs. I don't recommend book loads with them

Last week we did 3 loads with this company. One from SLC to Cali, One form Houston to Cali and one from Louisiana to SLC. The brokers where awesome. I had all the Info right away on all my loads and they checked in every day. I am now in direct contact with my broker and we are setting up many more shipments for the coming week. I have recommend Freight-Tec to all my contacts in the trucking industry.
