I would deliver here everyday if I could. Overnight parking and a porta potty. The receiver was an older gentleman and very kind nice and helpful. Lot of trucks go in and out of that small area but he keeps his cool and still has kind manners. Even unloaded me early! Thank you! Hope to be back

Getting in and out of the city is a tricky thing while construction in the streets. Other than that facility is fine, quick unloading and got overnight parking and portable toilets.

When you arrive, stop @ guardshack and show paperwork. Then you will proceed to the stop sign, make a left and take that road to the end of the building. Continue around the building and stop close to dock door #11 for receiving check-in. There is plenty of overnight parking spaces. I arrived a day early and was unloaded within an hour. There is a Port-a-potty by the parking slots. Staff is very friendly and fast.

I would give 5 stars but the drivers took the fifth one. Drivers when you come here try to avoid parking in front of the dock doors. We as drivers create our on problems. It is best to come here after midnight and before 5:30am. The reason being is to avoid downtown traffic.

Driver had an 11 am appointment. Arrived at 7 am. Wouldn't take early actually 30 minutes after appointment time. one of the air bags in the nose of the trailer busted during transit allowing one of the pallets to shift slightly. They refused to unload the truck. Told us to drive an hour away to a work off facility to have them fix the pallet. We called the facility before going and they couldn't get to it that day ( Friday) said it would be Monday.

The driver climbed in the trailer and fixed the pallet and then took pictures and sent to the broker who in turn told him to check back in. They looked at the load and said yes it was good and then told him "but we still aren't going to unload you. You'll have to come back Monday." Then dropped his bills on the ground at the driver's feet. The driver had to miss his next load paying $3500 and spend the weekend. These people are terrible! If you get a load here refuse it!
