I purchased a Kabota BX 23S for some light work around the barn. Rubin helped me pick it out going over the options and capabilities of each machine as well as explaining and price quoting the B and L series. I am very happy with my purchase and configuration. Because my property is cut up into multiple smaller pastures as well as the landscaped front of the property the mower option both mid mount and pull behind did not seem to be optimal for my situation.
I called Rubin the day after he delivered my BX 23S and reviewed multiple zero turn mower options. I found Rubin to be very knowledgeable and helpful and trusted him enough to purchase the Z-Turn 422 mower over the phone. He delivered it the next day. My wife is thrilled.

The West Palm store by far has the best service for their customers! They are efficient, polite, and truly care about their customers and the company they work for. Florida Coast Equipment is the only dealer I recommend friends/family to for 0-turn mowers and compact construction equipment. Their staff is knowledgeable and approach my sale with my needs in mind. I just picked up mower from service am could not be more pleased. Next purchase is a SVL75 skid steer. I believe they rent equipment as well.

In the time of Covid they had the equipment I needed right away; got me a solid offer on my trade in and had the new unit delivered to my door before I even knew what happened. I tried really hard to but from them. Never could get them to call me back. After several attempts, even to the manager JB, I got them on the phone and the price had gone up by $500. This was from Friday right before they closed till Monday morning when they first opened. No way they sold the unit I was looking at. I ended up going Clermont Mowers and Equipment and buying the a new Gravely. Saved hundreds of dollars and was treated like a customer should be. I will not be stepping foot back into this place and would recommend anyone shopping for a mower or service find somewhere that has not lost their customer service skills

I called and spoke with Russell at Crystal Tractor looking for a pre-owned Kubota 40+ horsepower tractor. The tractor I was looking for probably sells for $15K to $20K - not a huge sale, but a sale nonetheless. Russell said he would call me back. Never did. Two weeks later, I called Crystal Tractor again, this time getting a friendly female voice on the phone who said that she would run an inventory search across their various stores and have a salesperson call me back.
I feel like a dateless teenage girl sitting by the phone on a Friday night awaiting a call. If this is the kind of PRE-SALE customer care that Crystal Tractor offers, I'll be happy to take my business to their competitors.
