Edit - dealt with a guy named Grant on first shift. Excellent experience! I don't ask for much and rarely leave reviews for anything but the bottom of this review was just wrong to do to a driver or anybody. I didn't want to just complain because you have to take the good with the bad. Dealing with Grant was a 5 star experience Been coming here every week for awhile.

Work with 2nd shift crew to get loaded and they are seriously an anomaly in the trucking industry. Quite honestly, there is no other place I'd rather pick up from. They are that good. Had a few pick ups during 1st shift. Showed up, turned on reefer on an 80° day, walked inside to check in and was told load was dry. Turned reefer off. An hour later they were upset the reefer wasn't at temp for the wrong info I was given BY THEM- they emailed the company I contract through.

So basically 1st shift scapegoats the drivers and 2nd shift makes you feel proud to pick up here. They even told broker I wasnt showing up with reefer at temp and the date in question wasn't a big deal because it WAS dry - then why even send the email? It was actually refrigerated. No clue what 1st shift is doing. 2nd shift is good enough to get the whole company 5 stars. Been a pleasure working with them

Got there at 8am for a 11am appointment unloaded and gone by 830 and it was almost 30k so thank you guys

No restroom and they say diver can't go in to use restroom.very bad experience.

No rest room. No porta potty. If they can not have a facility of basic human need they don't deserve even a single star.

Very bad service. They dont consider truck drivers human. No restroom to use Too much lumper fees. Very disappointing

Right now you have to hire their overpriced lumpers because they won't let drivers on their docks to break down their loads. Only good thing is that they didn't take too long.

Only 1 truck in the dock and making me wait 2 hours to deliver 1 measly pallet, very rude disposition from receiving clerk. Typical Chicago attitude

I'm a truck driver and I picked up from this location yesterday. They had me in and out of the property in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and easy to back into docks. I will take this load again if offered it
