Couch was delayed and took around 20 weeks to arrive. Store seemed not to care to be bothered that it was significantly longer than expected. Had no interest in managing their relationships to get products on time. On top of that, when the couch arrived it was damaged (wouldn't you inspect before delivering it?). However, I want to note that the delivery people were top notch and they did fix the damage relatively quickly (another 10 days). So about 5 months after ordering we had a couch we enjoy (and price was reasonable) but the process to get there was pretty miserable.

I like this store, the prices are expensive relative to other furniture stores, however, you're paying more for the quality and craftsmanship that goes into the products that they sell here (plus the fact that almost everything has been imported). They take the hassle out of buying European furniture and fixtures, and have an excellent showroom to browse as well.

Huge retail gallery in a converted warehouse. Mostly modern style, with good selection of American Leather pieces. We came in to the city to see the American Leather Comfort Sleeper options. They are the only store we could find with a very good selection of the AL Comfort Sleeper in store. Very helpful and honest advice, zero pressure to buy, better prices than anywhere else.
