Eastern Warehouse

Friendly folks, and very helpful, but way to crowded for trucks to be flying through there like they do, and half the idiots who drive down there can't read signs well enough to not drive in where it's clearly marked, "Do Not Enter".

This company isn't that good they always have me waiting for a load the workers are ghetto and they always seem to leave a mess in my trailer once loaded. The freight looks horrible if u ever take a walk through the warehouse. They need to hire a cleaning crew. 0 for professionalism

A very nice and sweet girl works here, she is so polite to the drivers! This is good news, because in our work we often meet with the rudeness of warehouse workers. but here everyone is very cute (though some do not speak English at all). we were a little late for our appointing, but did not wait very long, as is usually the case. a bit noisy here due to the planes. but when you step at the door you will be loaded fast enough

Wanted to take a moment to say that the entire team at Eastern WH does an amazing job for us! Specific shout out to John Cholowinski and Lucille Johnson, and the dispatch team, who all continue to put up with our last minute changes and urgent needs! - The entire team manages to work through paperwork/customs issues, in order to get hot containers from the port as quickly as can be expected.

And then, the unload process and reloading of trucks happens so quickly, the trucks are able to get out and on their way to us within hours of container pick up, allowing us to keep our business running smoothly. - EWH is proactive in looking for issues with load requests, allowing them to be resolved in plenty of time before trucks are scheduled to be loaded. - Requests for information are met with prompt and accurate answers. - Team has stayed beyond stated hours on many occasions to make emergency requests happen. - We have experienced NO service interruptions or delays during this unique Covid-19 business environment.

I have worked with several WH/ Freight companies in Newark area, and have found my experience with EWH to be far superior to any of the others. Thanks EWH for your customer focus and support.

Best warehouse in the state! Friendly, fast, and will do what they can to help out. I arrived a day early for a load, they told me to sit tight; and if they could get me in at the end of the day, they would. actually loaded me a day early!

Sacha has helped us more times than I can count. I have called her to change something and will call her again moments later to change it back. She has helped us get worked in when a driver is running late and is extremely kind. I am always happy to see Eastern Warehouse on the pickup because I know it's going to be fast and easy. Very hectic and busy place to be maneuvering a semi truck around in but the staff of the warehouse are very helpful and make the process easier and get you in and out! Can you your paperwork send you on your way in the least amount of time they can.
