Worst service ever, I don't know why they're running their firm while they're not interested at all. I am facing the same issue for four years. We place them the purchase orders, they will receive it well then boom all of a sudden they get disappeared! I guess these people are getting trained to disappoint their customers. After all, they are the experts.
