If Todd is still in charge of operations you should not work here.i left a great job for an oppertuinty working at CPS.i was promised so much that he never followed threw with. And if you bring it up your always given 18 excuses. Most bosses are lazy and simply around to collect a paycheck.if you bring to their attention about unsafe practices or something that went wrong your simply told to make due.keep working and work with it.
They constantly change your working schedules without telling you and mandatory OT was a given weekly. There is much better places to work.i mean its obvious since they cant keep employees and the ones that are there long term are only the bosses. Dont waste your time or your health.

Great company to work for! Was brought in as a chemical mill operator for station 6 then cross trained on other stations. Competitive wages and benefits this place offers. The people are great and got to speak with the CEO directly for a one on one welcoming to the company. Co workers are very helpful and the superintendent of building 2 is great.
He acknowledges your inputs and ideas, not like most managers in different companies. 12 hours shift with 4 days on and 3 days off is great for a 3 day weekend. The company is growing rapidly with chance to move up over time.
