Commercial Metal Forming For Commercial Metal Forming, Innovation is a people-thing first and foremost; with our team's continued development and growth our opportunity to innovate becomes limitless. We have designed a Talent Management Process that is completely individualized; grounded in the fixation of one's strengths and how to optimize those. The balancing component is a methodology that gauges tangible results in a variety of areas, creating a holistic landscape of personal and professional development.

This developmental methodology stimulates the dialogue of "just suppose" in evaluating both known needs in the market, but more importantly helping our customers, our internal teams and supply partners defining their unmet needs.
Services
Evolving out of Commercial Shearing and Stamping, which started in the 1920's, Commercial Metal Forming has transformed into "the preeminent tank head manufacturer" - the partner of choice for tank producers. Driven by our Culture, supported by the depth/breadth of capabilities, CMF has become the largest independent manufacturer of tank heads and tank accessories in North America. We have grown both organically and by acquisition over the years; starting with the investment, first and foremost, in our people.
Most organizations put massive Mission/Vision statements in this part of their web site because no one can remember what they are. We keep it simple - first and foremost, everything starts and ends with our people. We believe that for an organization to be successful, there must be alignment of values, principles, and purpose.
First and foremost, our Vision is grounded in our expectations that for each day, what we accomplished previously will not sustain us on a path of continued learning, growth, and improvement for the entire organization. We compete with ourselves; not being limited by short term gains but rather a future that does not put limits on what can be.
Tank heads and tank accessories produced by CMF are engineered and designed around strict compliance to ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Pressure Code Vessel regulations; Section VIII Division 1. We are active participants in the review process of the National Board and PVMA (Pressure Vessel Manufacturers Association) with changes to code regulations.

My husband has worked for this company now for 3 years. He has always been treated well by his employers. He loves his job and looks forward to achieving new goals in order to grow the business. Can't speak more highly about this company!

They do not deserve single star. Terrible experience. Communication non existent after they picked up their advance payment. Tremendous delay without even ability to confirm "when" almost two months after the order was issued.
