I've been bringing my car here for a few years and every experience has been so positive. They do great work and are honest and break everything down for you. Jesse did an excellent job on my car which had a lot of issues but got it fixed up quick and back on the road.

I took my car for an inspection and Jessie helped me with the entire process from start to finish. He was was very polite and professional, made it a seamless experience and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service I received. The entire staff is friendly, Jessie and Chris definitely made what would have been a stressful process more pleasant. I definitely recommend bringing your car here.

This was my first time getting an oil change/tire rotation here and I will definitely be back! Chris was so helpful and gave honest recommendations. They send you a text and e-mail of their detailed inspections of your car whenever you go (that even includes pictures)! Since it was the first time they looked at my car, they made sure to ask what I've had previously serviced on the car to make sure they weren't recommending unnecessary services. I tried this place based on other Google reviews and I am happy to see they were correct!

From my first inquiry with Chris to picking up my car after service, my experience at AutoStream was very pleasant and assuring. Chris has amazing customer service skills and everyone I interacted with was considerate and willing to answer questions and offer good advice. This is the first shop I finally felt comfortable trying out since moving to MD and I am glad I did!

I especially appreciate the transparency with the photos and notes from the technicians after servicing the car which was something I did not expect and is one of the reasons why I feel comfortable coming back. I am glad that I have a place to go now and feel more at ease with getting my car serviced. Note: My boyfriend also came with me and he agreed on the great experience and will also be taking his car there, as well. A friend of mine also decided to try out AutoStream after hearing about my experience and will be getting her car serviced here next week.

I went for a state inspection, there were some issues, they were able to quickly resolve the issues and treated my time with care as well as my car. They kept me posted on what needed done and if something could be serviced rather than replaced they were mindful of this. I always love coming here and feel like Chris is like family. I wouldn't trust any other place with my car than these guys. They are honest and they treat their customers like they would their family and don't waste your time or your money. If you aren't coming here already you should be.

It is a relief to move to a new place and find a local shop with experienced and honest mechanics. We have taken our cars to AutoStream in Columbia a few times both for regular maintenance and repairs. I have found them to be very knowledgeable about the issues they found with the cars when I asked questions. They were willing and able to explain the cost/benefit of doing certain repairs immediately versus waiting.

That is something I really appreciate. The customer service is pretty incredible. Chris at the front desk is fantastic, as is everyone else I have interacted with. I had an intermittent issue with my gas cap a couple months after getting a charcoal canister replaced. When I brought it to them they were very apologetic that they didn't find the issue during the previous service.

It was an apparently unrelated, intermittent problem and I wouldn't have known it was related but they explained to me why they should have found it and took responsibility. That's good customer service.

I found AutoStream on Google after being repeatedly disappointed with a Toyota place in Catonsville I have been going to for years. AutoStream completed a full inspection of my car and found that some services recommended by the other place were not needed but other services were, including a wheel alignment I had suspected was needed for years. I really appreciated the report including photos of the corresponding part of my car and being walked through each recommendation in the report. Chris was fantastic in helping me decide which services I really needed to do given my budget and how long I plan to keep the car. In fact, all the staff were friendly and seem highly competent. I have already recommended this place to my neighbor.

Jesse, Chris and the mechanics were phenomenal service managers. I originally needed a blown tire repaired but they noticed several other issues with my vehicle. Without any pressure or up sale they advised me of what I needed and left the decision up to me. I ultimately went with AutoStream because they were so thorough and knowledgeable about the repairs as well as the type of vehicle I have. Many thanks to you and your company.

Great experience This was different for me, I never used a shop before this other than for oil changes. It was a awesome experience. The staff were professional had great communication and customer service, probably some of the best people skills. Comforting personalities, the type of positive energy you need in these situations( Jesse and Chris) Cool people.

I really appreciate how the photo updates and verbal updates made me feel like I was there. It help me build trust in the whole process. I left with genuine positivity for this place, I'm satisfied and grateful. Keep up the great works

Went to this location on 2/3/22 via appointment set by Chris at the front desk 2 days prior. When setting up the appointment Chris was quick and really helpful with the whole process. Then the same day of dropping the car off I received a call from Jesse who told me all the things going on with my car. Once he told me the list he told me what needed to be done immediately and gave me the budget. And my car was finished 2/4 before 12pm. They are great I will recommend them to anyone who needs service done to their vehicle!
