Great company, outstanding quality and service. I work for a dietary supplement manufacturer who was looking to implement new, higher volume production equipment for bottling and labeling. Jon DeYoung of Accutek gave stellar service every step of the way, from initial consult, to quote, spec and drawing approval, sample testing and delivery of new equipment.

Every commitment was fulfilled in a professional and timely manner. I've also had great results working with their tech/parts department in the past regarding routine maintenance. Getting the equipment is one thing, but it is also very important to receive professional, trustworthy support throughout the service life of the equipment (as opposed to trying to get help from a manufacturer outside of the USA.!) Johnny in sales was very helpful in getting us setup with the correct equipment for our new bottling line. All equipment we ordered showed up on time and in great condition. We have yet to run into an issue with any of the Accutek products due to the high quality service and equipment that they offer. The technicians have also been very helpful in assisting virtually to setup the equipment properly.

Excellent customer service and care. Recently had issue with Labelette APS model labeler. Contacted Accutek for the parts to replace and repair the labeler to almost new. Scott Babbitt with Accutek packaging service/parts went above and beyond with his service and expertise to help me not only get all the parts that I needed the first time, but even facetimed with us to help with a particular rough spot in the install.

This type of customer service is what keeps us working with Accutek and is extremely appreciated. Parts were delivered overnight and the labeler is now purring like a kitten again. Thank you Accutek and special thank you to Scott!

We have been using Accutek since we started. Great company all around. Brian Marazoni is great! Prompt responses and quick actions taken when we needed. We currently use a few of their single piston filling machines that can produce us 25k units per week. The build team there is also great!
