Check in is about hr not to bad just make sure you sweep your trl out and remove all nails your picking up rolls of paper. Also fill out paper on board outside before checking in also slide tandem. If you have a twic in and out under 2hr. If not gotta wait on shuttle drivers 2hr plus. But overall not to bad

Loading was pretty quick but checking out literally took hour and half and also checking in but it wasn't busy when I checked in but I see at least 20 people waiting to check in in the afternoon the lady at the office is trying to do her best but it's definitely overwhelming she needs more help so if you decide to come here make sure you give yourself PLENTY of time make sure your trailer is spotless no holes not wetness no nails or you will get rejected also twic card needed or a $60 fee

10 1/2 hours from arrival to checkout. The people were really nice, day shift check in and night shift check out as well as the yard dog. There's no excuse for me having to do an involuntarily 10 hour reset waiting to be loaded.

People who work in charge for escort paying and shuttle trucks are THIEFS, I sent 110$ on efs to my driver and they claim that there was only 60$ and issued receipt on 60$ and wanted 50 more. I hope they will be kicked in some alley tonight!

Follow MCComas to end, will take you right to entrance. Soon as through gate make right turn and angle park. Only issue I see here is if you don't have a clean trailer and make sure not one nail in floor or it will cost you. Appointment at 10 am, arrived 9, out by 1115. Absolutely no issues, lady in trailer very helpful.

0 stars if I could. Be there at least 50 minutes before appt., because until your driver finds out where to check in, and until they check him in, be prepared for at least 50 min. My driver was at the gate at 1:18PM, and they marked him as checked in 40 minutes later. He spent 7 hours over there, and as you can guess, detention was denied because they go by the in/out times noted on the shippers website. Don't waste your time here.

Was here to pick up. Ladies in office are great, but all procedure for your trailer is painful.
