Unethical employer & wage thief. Steals $77,882.84 of independently 'documented earnings' from its most productive employee over a six year period, then fires him after 22+ years of productive profitable service to get away with the theft -- In spite of what the other eight reviews from this employer's "associates" all claim in simultaneously posted reviews above. Majority owner of BMIL lives it up in Monaco dodging taxes and responsibilities to his employees - he is even listed in the Paradise Papers! That says it all.

Being a 3rd generation refrigeration contractor we have a list of clients that need "Out of the Box" refrigeration equipment and designs. BMIL has taken the extra time with me to learn my customer's particular requirements then engineered specific designs using state of art equipment to meet the need. Their additional attention to refrigerant sub cooling has given us extra capacity in cooling the product, increased the energy efficiency and proven extended compressor life that we were lacking with our old systems.
The picture I have included is of a "Gizmology" liquid refrigerant system that BMIL has designed for us in 2003. It has proven to be one of the most dependable cooling systems with the quickest temperature recovery for my customers "Ready to Eat" packaging room.
