Horrible customer service. We ordered a couch in September of 2020 and have yet to receive it. Not only have we not received it we cannot get a refund annnnnd they have no idea when it will arrive. So incredibly disappointing

The worst customer service and delivery service EVER! Savesto Sectional delivered in June September the decking collapsed in 4 pieces! Ashley attempted to repair sectional however 3 deliveries were refused due to coffee stains, footprints and heavy dirt stains. They were not there when delivery picked them up! I was told replacement ITEMS should be available in DECEMBER!

Per customer service rep I am UNABLE TO RESELECT for in stock item. No other options given. I must wait another month! Still waiting on manager call from last month! BUYERS BE AWARE!

Horrible customer service. White glove service is a rip off! Their team damaged my house and the furniture. They won't replace the broken furniture. They offered to refund my delivery charge and still won't put it through. NEVER AGAIN!
