This review is from my experience in late August. I brought in a Grasshopper Mower with a significant oil leak. Was told my oil filter wasn't tight enough and they tightened it by hand and sent me home feeling very skeptical. I brought it back still leaking. Was told now it was my oil fill tube. $9. part $80 labor was sent back home only to find it still leaking. Brought it back a third time and was told that maybe the rubber washer rolled when they installed the filler tube.
They took it off, put it back on and sent me away. It still leaks. And I'm talking almost half a quart on 5 acres! From the positive reviews I've read, I expected better. I will not be going back.
