Acme Vial and glass has proudly manufactured vials here in the United States of over 70 years. In 1942 Charles V. Knowles decided to start a little business manufacturing and selling glass vial out of his California garage. Three generations later we are still family owned and operated and committed to providing our customers with superior customer service, top quality vials and competitive prices.

Screw Thread Vials are ideal for packaging liquid or dry products. The continuous thread finish creates a tight seal with various screw thread closures. Capacities range from dram (1 ml) to 11 drams (40 ml). Clear borosilicate vials provide maximum visibility and assures the integrity of the contents while amber, blue and green glass vials provide excellent UV protection. Various screw thread closures are available and sold separately. All stock products are available for immediate delivery.
Black phenolic caps with F-217 liners and cone liners are available for all screw thread vials. Several sizes are also available in white. Sizes range from 8-425 thread to 24-400 thread. Polycone liners are ideal for applications that require an extremely tight seal. The cone shaped liner molds itself inside the vial opening creating a seal that eliminates the possibility of evaporation and leakage. This liner also provides an excellent chemical barrier.
