A & E Watches

I went in for two adjustments for my dad's watch bands. One David Yurman watch and another whatever/no name of importance watch. While I was there, Avi and the team were quick to help me and allowed me to look and try on many different watches. Prices were not out of this world, and service was quick, efficient, and beyond helpful. I selected them at random as they were close to my apartment, but I would for sure for back to them for all my watch needs. I am glad that they have a website and that I can shop them from out of state, where I am moving. Thank you A&E Watches.

I got a great deal on a pre owned Rolex and a few lears later when there was an issue they made it right under warranty no problem.

Over the course of the past 7 years, I have purchased from Inbar at A and E, 9 Rolex watches ranging from Submariners (3), DateJust (3), GMT Master II (2), DeepSea, Yachtmaster II, and even a Cartier Tank. Each and every time, these watches have been pristine and in immaculate condition as presented prior to the buy. As a business owner, I believe you get what you pay for and I find Inbar and A and E to be a premier Rolex vendor that can be trusted. Inbar is knowledgeable and provides Rolex expertise that is "Real World" information to help the novice or experienced buyer achieve the best value for the money invested in these beautiful timepieces.

Buyer Caveat: Be realistic, if you want a perfect watch, buy a brand new watch. If you buy a vintage watch, it will of course have internal wear not visible to the naked eye. That's on you and not the vendor. Enjoy your watch!

I received a 1995 18238 YG Rolex Day Date from A & E in late March 2022 and brought it to Rolex Service in Beverly Hills on 4/6/22 for evaluation. Rolex stated the spring bars were worn and needed replacement. I know what the spring bars are and they are part of the bracelet. If you read A&E's reply to this post, they again say the spring bars were not worn, dismissing Rolex's evaluation of the watch.

They are doing this to make themselves look better. Who would you trust, the watch manufacturer and their report or a grey market dealer? None the less, after I got the repair estimate from Rolex with their findings, I sent the repair document from Rolex to Inbar at A & E and asked them if they could make the transaction right and they were dismissive and told me the spring bars were not worn, as if they were the official Rolex dealer and brand and Rolex Service was wrong.

A & E said we take care of our customers, yet did not offer to help me in the slightest. They could have credited back my credit card for the amount of the spring bars and or taken off some money from the sale of the watch, but they decided to do absolutely nothing, except whatever would benefit them (sending the watch back to THEM, having THEM repair it, ).

I did not want to send the watch back to A & E because if they sold me a watch with a worn part, how could I trust them to fix it a second time if they screwed up the first time. Rolex Service would fix it right and right the first time. At the end of the day the customer has to be happy or you have no business. Diamonds East International in Florida sold me a great 18238 Day Date, that did not have the issues the watch from A & E had, I suggest you give them your business.

Another reason to go with Diamonds East is, I had a friend that had a problem with their 18238 and approached Diamonds East and they cut my friend a large check to cover the issues with his watch and the check was received within one business day, now that is taking care of the customer!

My experience with Avi from A&E was an example of how great businesses should be run--from kind people, to ease of transaction, to keeping their word, and offering me an excellent price for the Daytona Rolex I sold them. We had a slight glitch in the transaction because of bank hours and not only was it immediately rectified, Avi added a little extra payment without saying anything for my very slight inconvenience. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a watch here and could not have been more impressed by the service! The people here are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with finding a watch that was right for me. The family-led team at A & E is fantastic. I had the pleasure of speaking with and getting to speak to Inbar and her mother, and her husband. Inbar worked with me over several weeks to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had been looking for a late model Rolex Datejust, with specific attributes, and Inbar made certain that I was 100 % satisfied prior to my desired watch was sent. I 100% recommend this group of experts. They deliver both empathy and value! I only wish I could give them another star!

I bought a pre-owned GMT Master II (Reference #116710) from a large online watch retailer last year (not A&E) and a few months into ownership, the GMT hand was not clicking anymore, I read online that this is a known problem with this specific movement. I stopped by A&E Watches and they took my watch in for repair and also performed a service for the watch at a very reasonable price. I've had my watch back from A&E for just over 2 weeks now and the watch is keeping time perfectly and the GMT Hand is functioning as it should be.

I also stopped by last week to get my bracelet adjusted (something I declined when picking up my watch), and the owner of A&E kindly removed a link for me at no extra charge. Great people and great service from A&E Watches. Highly recommend for any watch repairs.

Last Tuesday I went browsing online to purchase a Submariner; I checked 10 places online. I came across A&E Watches, spoke to Inbar and asked her a lot of questions about purchasing this high-dollar time piece. She assured me that everything will be fine. Very classy despite awesome pricing! I needed a quick repair and resizing for my watch band and they had me done and on my way in minutes. I didn't have a go to watch place until today but I will definitely be going back. Elijah showed me some cool stuff I didn't even know my watch could do and Olga made sure my experience was great the whole time. I will be going back to give them business next time I need anything watch related. Definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Two months ago I found this dealer online. After finding my perfect Rolex Submariner w/Serti dial, I phoned A&E with a few questions. I spoke with Inbar. She was knowledgeable and very patient. I'm sure she routinely gets asked the same questions. Let's face it, it's tough buying a luxury watch sight unseen. I narrowed my choice to two watches. She sent videos of both.

I decided on one and spoke with her again to finalize price and payment details. They received the funds today and she quickly agreed to have the watch shipped today. Excellent customer service so far from start to hopefully unboxing. I'll keep you posted! I'm beyond thrilled. So my watch arrived and it was gorgeous but I was but unfortunately I found two cosmetic issues. First, there was a dent in one of the gold links in the backside of the watch. Second, the date seemed to be blocked by the gold frame.

I noticed that the first digit of two digit dates were cut off. I spoke with Avi and he acknowledged my concerns and assured me that he would make it right. I asked him if he could service another watch and to let me know the cost. So I sent in both watches via prepaid return shipping that they of course arranged. As promised, both issues with my new Rolex were resolved and Avi did a complimentary service on my Ebel! Seriously terrific customer service!
