Very unprofessional and misleading. We had been in contact with Alex about transporting an import container into MD. Alex confirmed they could pull the container on 1/28 and delivery it on 2/1. Within three minutes of confirming, we come to find out that they allegedly booked all their trucks and could no longer help us. I spoke to Alex on the phone about this and he had no real explanation other than being busy. I understand everyone is busy during these times, but confirming and then cancelling is not acceptable.
